Espresso Martini
The first Espresso Martini was created in the early 80’s by a London bartender, Dick Bradsel. According to Dick, a famous model entered the Soho Brasserie where he was working, and asked him to create a drink, that would “wake me up!"
The Espresso Martini is a cold, coffee flavoured cocktail, but, is not a true Martini as it contains neither Gin nor Vermouth.
